Our team was responsible for crafting a digital ecosystem where every household appliance doesn't just serve a function, but becomes an integral part of the customer's life, redefining the future of home experiences.

The first task was the process of defining the problem to be solved. Several team brainstorm sessioned were conducted to ensure all stakeholders views and desires were documented.

An phased development approach was defined that would allow the company to build the system methodically while at the same time allowing it to go live as soon as possible.

Potential business and technology partners were identified that would form the organizational backbone of the system.

Multiple team brainstorm sessions were conducted to ensure the project was vetted and thought through to the highest level before our team began forming the basic structure of the portal system. How would the user enter the system from a social media standpoint? What products would be integral to the system and how? What new services and value would we offer?

We analyzed the users interaction and relationship to each appliance/product in the clients ecosystem. This video shows a mind-map of how a smart refrigerator would be incorporated into the system.

At this point we began laying out the general outline for the main sub-elements of the consumer portal: What’s for Dinner?, What to Wear?, Well Being, Concierge Service, Gifts & Goods, Community, and Membership.
