This is an overview of the UX research project for TerraTreats (a fictional brand placeholder). The project was performed for a real-world fortune 500 company that is an innovative leader in the realm of healthy snack foods. At the heart of TerraTreats is a vision to harness the power of their robust brand presence, unparalleled vendor resources, strong social media following, and streamlined logistics to bring forth a transformative digital experience. This platform promises to let users craft their unique, health-centric snack bars, tailored to individual preferences, and have them delivered right to their doorsteps.

The mission? Dive deep into the multi-faceted layers of business objectives, user desires, technological capabilities, and other critical dimensions. Our goal was to design a seamless website and app interface that not only elevated the user experience but aligned perfectly with TerraTreats' overarching business aspirations.

The first task involved documenting and then analyzing the internal business needs. What were the goals of the project from the business side? Who would the company partner with? How could consumer insights be obtained that would allow us to form the experience in a holistic manner?

After analyzing the internal business elements of the project we explored the technological building blocks that would be required to enable the system.

Next, we did a deep dive into the vision we had developed for the user experience. How would the user enter the system? What limitations would we place on the process of snack bar creation in order to maintain control of the inherent complexity? What motivators were there for a user to use a system such as this? In what ways could our system and UX process increase value?

The team then devised a preliminary user journey flow map based on the research. The system was broken down into five main groups: Engagement, Tools, Snack Creation, User Education, and Fulfillment.

The final step was the creation of a low-fidelity site mockup that would be used as a tool to inform management
